Family Constellations
Constellations are a systemic tool that is based on perceptual phenomena. It allows us to access, through our body, information that our mind does not know it has. Its founder Bert Hellinger explains that for love to flow in our system, the orders of belonging, hierarchy and the balance between giving and taking must be respected. This technique allows us to bring to light and identify in which of these orders lies the "misalignment" that generates a conflict for us today.
Some of the topics that can be worked on at the family level are:
